I just finished screening a small batch of give-away cards this evening. Keep an eye out for them at the merch table at shows. Don’t hesitate — these will go fast and I didn’t make many.
1st round of canvases are finished
For anyone who made it out for Coco’s performance at “the Stray Dog Salon” show at the Edward Day gallery last night, you were the first to see our new canvases.
You can see each one more closely in the shop. Each peice is one of a kind, so get them while they last!

re-re-claimed shirts become canvases
For those of you unfamiliar with our merch clothing line, we reclaim second hand shirts and give them new prints. However, due to the volume of work and nature of used materials, we sometimes don’t spot defects until our final inspection. Over the last year we’ve accumulated a load of shirts that we couldn’t sell. Rather than throw them out, we’re reclaiming our own reclaimed merch. Confused yet?
Oliver and Derry were gracious enough to help me build the wooden frames necessary for this project. I’m now cutting out the good parts from the damaged shirts, printing on them (again!) and stretching them over the frames.

assembly line
This weekend, I enlisted Oliver and Derry to help with Coco’s newest merch item — canvases. Sometimes, we buy a second hand shirt that has slight defects that we don’t notice until our final inspection process. Rather than throw these shirts away, we’re going to cut a square out the most interesting part and stretch it over wooden frames.
